The Primavera P6: Introduction to Project Planning training is a simplified program. It covers the essential features of the Primavera P6 application (EPS, WBS, task creation, critical path, etc.).
The training is scheduled for one day and includes a comprehensive practical exercise.
Upon completion of the training, a certificate will be awarded to participants who have successfully completed the course.
This training is intended for project managers and all individuals involved in a company project.

Each participant will be provided with a computer equipped with the Primavera P6 application. All participants will receive educational materials at the end of the training. This training includes a theoretical component as well as a case study.
Assessment of learning outcomes through practical exercises, self-evaluation, and a certificate of completion at the end of the training.
