Description: this project improved the rail infrastructure of High-Speed Lines in Morocco between Tangier and Kenitra to later link to the capital Rabat. This project, equipped with around 200 km of new dual track, of which 182 km operate at 320 km/h, benefits from a conception and construction that respect French standards.
As part of the contracting authority’s overall operation management, INEXIA was chosen to provide the necessary expertise to ensure the technical coherence of the project.
MESLI CONSULTING was contacted by INEXIA to assist the team in reworking a detailed plan mid-project, monitoring the project progress, and upgrading the accomplished work. A mission of cost control was also launched to manage the initialization of GPRO’s cost monitoring tools.
